Pose Running Technique Specialist/video analysis
Dr. Aaron uses video analysis to break down running form. She reviews the video with her patients and discusses running technique. Dr. Aaron retrains running form through drills and exercise. The Pose method uses general principles and concepts of movement including gravity, body weight, falling, and change of support to help you run faster, longer, and most importantly without injury.
SFMA & FMS - Functional Movement Systems
Looking at functional movement and having a movement based diagnostic system helps to determine the root of the injury and the pain and enables Dr. Aaron to treat the cause of the pain, not the symptoms. She will break down dysfunctional movement patterns to treat the area that is causing the breakdown in the kinetic chain leading her directly to the source of your pain. Dr. Aaron doesn’t focus on each individual body part; however, she does look at how the entire body functions as a whole.
Medicupping Therapy
Cups are utilized to create suction and negative pressure to decrease muscle tension, encourage blood flow, relax the nervous system, and decrease pain.
Specialized taping techniques
Following multiple continuing education courses and many hours working in a training room, Dr. Aaron is proficient in a variety of taping techniques to improve stability, posture, and neuromuscular facilitation
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization
Tools are used manually to detect and treat fascial restrictions, encourage rapid localization, and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis, chronic inflammation, or degeneration.
Traditional physical therapy
Manual Therapy
Includes joint mobilizations and manipulation, stretching, traction, soft tissue mobilization, massage, muscle energy techniques, nerve mobilization, myofascial mobilization, and scar mobilization- This improves blood flow and increases mobility in areas that are restricted. It also decreases musculoskeletal pain and improves overall function.
Therapeutic Exercise
Specific corrective exercises are used to address muscular imbalances. The exercises are specific to each individual patient and taught with expertise to ensure the patient is performing the exercise correctly and without compensations. Because most of the treatment is hands-on and one on one with your therapist, once you understand the purpose of the exercise and have mastered proper technique when performing the exercise, you will move on to learn other valuable corrective exercises. The exercises are personalized to each patient and will be adjusted throughout the treatment as clinically necessary, because only you will be working with your physical therapist. This is unlike most clinics that have you perform the same generic exercise program with a technician every treatment visit, regardless of the way your body is responding to it.
Posture Analysis
From years of experience and taking the time to really evaluate each person’s musculoskeletal system and posture, Dr. Aaron uses a specific systematic process of evaluating each patient’s posture to be able to treat appropriately. When a patient isn’t functioning in proper body alignment, undue stress is put on his/her joints and tissues and create an accelerated process of degeneration of the body. By understanding what proper body alignment is and what areas need to be changed, each patient can be more active in making these changes to maximize treatment and reduce further degeneration.
Modalities (Ultrasound & Laser)

Deep heating and increasing blood flow to promote healing
Laser
Accelerates connective tissue repair
Interferential Electric Stimulation
Reduces pain
Neuromuscular Electric Stimulation
Re-educates muscles
Minimal Wait Times
Because your appointment time is set for each individual patient and not shared with several other patients, you will not be waiting on equipment or your therapist throughout the entire session. Our focus is always directly on our patients.
